DAY 1 GUWAHATI AIRPORT TO GUWAHATI - PICK UP

Meet our representative on arrival at Guwahati Airport where you will be
greeted well. Get transferred to the City. We can Visit Kamakhaya Devi Temple
and explore local market. Check in to the Hotel and Overnight stay in Guwahati.

DAY 2GUWAHATI TO BOMDILA - TRANSFER

Meet & greet our representative at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station, and
directly proceed towards Bomdila. En-route you can enjoy Orchidarium at Tippi
where 1000 different types of Orchids are planted. Overnight at Bomdila.

DAY 3 BOMDILA TO TAWANG - TRANSFER 6 HOURS

After morning breakfast take the mesmerizing road journey to reach Tawang. On
the way, witness the snow-capped Sella Pass at 14000 ft and the Jaswant Garh
War Memorial. Arrive & check in to the hotel. Evening is free for your leisure.
Overnight stay at Tawang.

DAY 4 TAWANG - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Post delicious breakfast, visit Tawang Monastery, Later visit Urgelling Gompa, 6th
Dalai Lama’s birth place and proceed to the War Memorial. Visit the craft center
in Tawang that sells beautiful masks, hand woven carpets, jewellery in silver, coral
and amber. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 5TAWANG - HIGH ALTITUDE LAKE & BUMLA PASS

This morning starts with a tasty breakfast. Post that, drive to a high altitude lake
called as Shonga-tser Lake, popularly known as Madhuri Lake. Then drive to
Sangetsar Lake, nestled amidst the pristine mountains and picturesque
surroundings. Enjoy some Maggie and Momos in this area while watching war
bunkers around. Drive further to Bumla Pass which is located about 37 km away
from Tawang. During return, take a photo stop at the beautiful PTSO lake enroute.
Drive back to the hotel in the afternoon. Enjoy your evening at leisure. Overnight
stay at Tawang.

Day 6TAWANG TO DIRANG - TRANSFER & HALFDAY SIGHTSEEING

Wake up and have a delicious breakfast. Transfer to Dirang (1560 Mt.) On arrival
check in to the Hotel. Evening visit Apple and Kiwi farms in the afternoon
depending upon the season), Dirang Monastery and Kalachakra Monastery.
Overnight stay at Dirang.
STAY: – DIRANG BOUTIQUE COTTAGE/ SIMILAR
MEAL: – DINNER

Day 7DIRANG TO GUWAHATI - DROP

We wake up early today so that we can explore the monastery once again, this
time while the monks are busy praying.
After a hearty breakfast at the monastery, we start our return journey back to
Guwahati which marks the end of this beautiful trip.

I took the Ooty package. This was my 1st solo tour. Sanjeev Jaitley Sir was our tour guide. He was very well informed, cooperative, friendly & made our trip super Fun. Reema Mam helped me through all the details & paperwork. She has a lot of patience. The Team is Dedicated, Motivated & coordinated. Each fellow traveling lady was from a different part of India, which made the experience great as I gained new friends. Each hotel we stayed at was in some of the most beautiful locations with yummy hot food, clean spacious rooms. My tour was Exquisite. I plan to take many more trips because Diwas Sojourn & their Team were excellent. Our guide, Mr. Sanjeev Jaitley Sir made us all feel safe, secure & relaxed. With the countries they cover, you bet I will be travelling a lot in the coming seasons. The amazing part is they have a trip planned for each month with so many options. The itinerary was meticulously planned to include all major tourist hubs and also few places which is unique and cannot be seen with other travel agencies. My only feedback will be to plan trip preferably with people of same age group and ask for room preferences before booking. Highly recommended!
